Northern Ghana, Tamale. The Gang is not violence and Illicit but an innovation
brought up by a Youthful Group who's main aim is to Put smile on people's
faces through comedy and movies. A member from this Gang is usually addressed
as a Stellar Gangster.
A stellar Gangster is Unique in his/her own way and plays a significant role
to the betterment of the Youthful Gang
